Job Summary
You’ll play a key role in delivering consistently high-quality food, supporting day-to-day kitchen operations, and contributing to a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Chef de Partie role or above

  • Food Safety Level 2 certification (essential)

  • Allergen Awareness training (required)

  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety protocols

  • Demonstrated leadership, organisation, and communication skills

  • A genuine passion for food, attention to detail, and high standards

  • Ability to work under pressure and lead by example during busy service

  • Full UK driving licence preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard

  • Support and lead sections or the entire kitchen, depending on role

  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and allergen procedures at all times

  • Collaborate with the wider team to deliver smooth, efficient service

  • Assist with training and development of junior team members

  • Monitor stock, manage waste, and support inventory control

  • Contribute ideas for new dishes and improvements to existing menus
