Requirements
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Chef de Partie role or above
Food Safety Level 2 certification (essential)
Allergen Awareness training (required)
Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety protocols
Demonstrated leadership, organisation, and communication skills
A genuine passion for food, attention to detail, and high standards
Ability to work under pressure and lead by example during busy service
Full UK driving licence preferred
Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
Support and lead sections or the entire kitchen, depending on role
Maintain hygiene, safety, and allergen procedures at all times
Collaborate with the wider team to deliver smooth, efficient service
Assist with training and development of junior team members
Monitor stock, manage waste, and support inventory control
Contribute ideas for new dishes and improvements to existing menus
